1. Binh Ba, Khanh Hoa – Lobster Island

Based in Cam Ranh Bay and nicknamed Lobster Island, Binh Ba is obviously a paradise for seafood lovers, where almost every household has an open-air lobster farm. Thanks to clean saltwater that churn out high-quality lobsters, Binh Ba island has emerged as the leading supplier for deluxe restaurants throughout Vietnam, and also an abroad exporter.
Aromatic baked lobster with cheese is the most must-try recipe in this island, best enjoyed in evening. Lobster meat is fresh and tough. Biting a piece makes eaters desire to bite more. The flavor of cheese spread around stimulates the sense of taste. To those who naively remove the lobster heads, it is a pity! The advice is that it’s better to not do so, as the delicious lobster roe is quite much.
